1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Rad-dex, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who can use Rad-dex
You must be at least 18 years old. Rad-dex is built for medical trainees and professionals studying radiology, but anyone 18 or older may use it for educational purposes.
3. Educational use only — not medical advice
Rad-dex provides educational content for study and review. It is not medical, clinical, or diagnostic advice and must not be used to guide patient care or make clinical decisions.
Content is generated with AI assistance and curated from published sources. It may contain errors or omissions and may not reflect the most current guidelines. Always verify against primary sources and exercise your own professional judgment. Use of Rad-dex creates no doctor–patient relationship and is at your own risk.
4. Not affiliated with any board
Rad-dex is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the ABR or any certifying or licensing body. Studying with Rad-dex does not guarantee any examination result.
5. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the content; reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service; use it for any unlawful purpose; or upload any patient data or protected health information.
7. Content and intellectual property
Rad-dex and its content, design, and compilation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rad-dex for your own study. All other rights are reserved.
8. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve Rad-dex, with no obligation to you.
9. Beta service and changes
Rad-dex is in active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and may limit, suspend, or discontinue the service, at any time.
10. Disclaimers
Rad-dex is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rad-dex and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any clinical, academic, or financial outcome arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, which during the free beta is zero.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using Rad-dex and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will revise the “last updated” date above.
